Peter Horbury, Volvo's new "Volvo Design Vice President" has given a great interview with CAR Magazine, it's a fascinating read an one well worth spending a bit of time on. Peter has been head of North American design for Ford for over 5 years and has replaced recently departed head of Design Steve Mattin at the top job in Volvo. He goes on to talk about returning to Volvo, and the significance of the current Geely takeover as ford looks to sell the company, and how he feels it may affect forthcoming products.
He also mentions how he would like to evolve the look, giving an instantly recognisable face to all new Volvos and his future design plans.
